AutoDeutsch started because main-dealer pricing and generalist workshops both leave something on the table. One is too expensive, the other doesn't know the platform. We sit in the middle — specialist knowledge, fair price.
We're based in Ampang, Selangor, and we service BMW and MINI exclusively. That focus is what makes us faster on diagnosis, sharper on parts sourcing, and more useful when something doesn't behave the way the manual says it should.
Every job goes through the same playbook: full diagnostic scan, written quote, owner-approved work order, and a handover report when the car leaves. No verbal-only estimates. No "we'll see when we open it up" surprises.
We work with OE and OE-equivalent parts only. Where we use an alternative brand, we tell you which one and why. If the cheap part will cost you twice in two years, we'll say so.
